HEY GUYZ! Tis the season for ALL of the pumpkin desserts! This is a super simple Five-Ingredient Pumpkin Bread that. you can make RIGHT. NOW. This bread is super healthy for you and is keto, sugar-free, and high in protein. Honestly the perfect dessert snack EVER. No joke.

What you need:

Honestly you will NOT need alot which is AMAZING

  • eggs
  • vanilla protein powder- I used this one
  • pumpkin puree
  • pumpkin spice
  • baking powder
  • optional: coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener. Here is the monk fruit sweetener I used

I am beyond excited for you guys to try to make this Five Ingredient Pumpkin Bread recipe. It is honestly made of all the good stuff. For those of you who don’t know about Nuzest protein powder, here are some bullet points!

How to Make this Five Ingredient Pumpkin Bead

Luckily for you, it is pretty darn simple. Feel free to use your favorite vanilla protein powder in this. Also don’t be afraid to experiment with some new toppings or additives! I would love to know how it turns out!

Sugar-Free Topping

In order to make my icing, I just grabbed 1/2 cup of Lakanto sugar-free powdered monkfruit and 2 tbsp of almond milk. Check out the powdered sugar here.

How to Store this Five Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

I like to store this in the fridge in an air-sealed container. If you store it in the freezer it will last longer, but you will have to take it out and let it defrost before eating again. I personally prefer the fridge, but if you will not eat them within 5-7 days, it is best to keep it frozen!

Five Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 level scoopsof vanilla protein powder (Nuzest)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Optional :

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or lakanto sugar free sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Like. a loaf pan. with parchment paper and gently pour your batter in
  • You can sprinkle the top with crushed almonds or cinnamon for flavor/ texture
  • Bak for 40 – 45 minutes (mine was done in 40)
  • Let it cool a bit and get ready to eat or make some frosting!! I sued some almonkd milk and Lakanto powdered sugar
