Mug Cake Instructions
First spray your mug with coconut oil cooking spray. Make sure it is fully coated so nothing sticks. Trust me, I’ve been there. You think you sprayed your pans and everything gets STUCK (sniffle).
Next, add in all of the dry ingredients and mix. In a separate bowl whisk your wet ingredients together and pour into your mug.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp choczero maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp keto-friendly chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place butter in a microwave-safe mug. Heat until melted, 30 seconds
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined. Cook for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until cake is fudgy
