- 1 cup mini chocolate chips or regular chocolate chips I mixed half mini and half normal size

- In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
