How to Serve and Store

Serving: These muffins are perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Serve them warm with a pat of butter, or enjoy them as is with a cup of coffee or tea.

Storing: Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate them for up to a week. You can also freeze the muffins for up to 3 months. Just thaw at room temperature or warm them up in the microwave before serving.

Tips and Tricks

  • Room Temperature Ingredients: Make sure your eggs are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
  • Don't Overmix: Overmixing the batter can make the muffins tough. Stir until just combined.
  • Uniform Muffins: Use an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tin.
  • Check for Doneness: Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin; if it comes out clean, they’re done.
