  • All-purpose flour: You can use GF 1:1 flour as well

Cookie Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cups cookie butter
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cups white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cookie butter, and coconut sugar until well combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
  • Press the dough into the prepared baking pan, ensuring it's spread out evenly.
