Monster cookies are such a fun classic to make, so I decided to make Christmas Monster Cookies for the holiday season! These are soft, chewy, and super special with festive red and green M&Ms!
What Are Monster Cookies?
Monster Cookies are a playful and versatile cookie variety known for their vibrant appearance and mix of diverse add-ins. These cookies often feature a base of oats and peanut butter, and the “monster” element comes from the variety of mix-ins like M&M’s, chocolate chips, and nuts. Each bite is an adventure, combining chewiness, crunch, and a burst of flavors.
