Kitchen Sink Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup red & green M&Ms
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream your butter and sugars together. Then add the eggs and vanilla in. Beat until combined.
- Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, and sprinkles. Gently fold in with a spatula until everything is combined.
- Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool a few minutes on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
