I may or may not have a collagen obsession lately, but luckily for me, that’s a GOOD thing. Plus, who wouldn’t want this chocolate chip cookie dough collagen for one??

That’s right!! I said it!! It can be breakfast, a snack, dessert, or whatever you want it to be, and there is a way to make it healthy!
All you need is one bowl and a few minutes to prep this cookie dough for one. Also, it is perfect for a multitude of lifestyles: It’s vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free! It’s also perfect to prep the night before!

WHAT YOU NEED
This chocolate chip cookie dough collagen requires 5 total ingredients, which by the way, are all gluten-free and vegan! Here’s what you need:
- Further Food collagen (Discount: cleaneaterr10)
- Bobs Red Mill coconut flour
- Cashew butter
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Enjoy Life foods chocolate chips
* NOTE: you can swap out the nut butter to your favorite one. I LOVE PB, but I’ve found that sometimes it overpowers whatever you’re making.*
STORAGE DIRECTIONS
- Place cookie dough collagen balls on a baking sheet and freeze for an hour.
- Then, transfer collagen balls into a freezer-safe bag and remove as much trapped air as possible.
- Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
