Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl add your ingredients. Mix with or spatula or use your hands to kneed the dough until no flour streaks are left. The dough may be a bit sticky but don't worry!
- Place the dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle more flour on top of the dough. Keep working the dough a bit more until it comes together and is pliable.
- Divide and cut the dough into 8-10 pieces. Roll them into balls and place them in your air fryer at 350F for 4 minutes. Gently flip and air fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the donut holes are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon sugar together in a small bowl.
