An Easy Holiday Cookie Recipe
We all know I love baking, but the best is holiday baking!! It is so exciting! When I was younger, we would make the classic Peanut Butter Blossoms, so I thought why not switch it up? Thus, my Almond Butter Blossom Cookies were born!
This recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and refined sugar free! It is super delicious and GUILT FREE!
Ingredients for Almond Butter Blossom Cookies
These cookies are super simple to make and only need a handful of ingredients!
- Almond flour (Bob’s Red Mill is my favorite)
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- Almond butter (this one).
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla extract (this one from Amazon)
- Salt
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate of choice for the center (for this I decided to go with regular old Ghirardelli which is not refined sugar!)

Almond Butter Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extractt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degreesF . Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl mix together almond flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and coconut sugar. Set aside
- Scoop and roll into balls
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
- Once they are out of the oven place your chocolate morsel right in the center!
