For some reason, I’m obsessed with eggless recipes! They’re so quick and are perfect during the summer! Especially those hot days when you just don’t want to turn on the oven!
So if today is one of those snack days for you here is my solution!

The good think about these little beauties is that they can be customized to all of your needs and wants! Don’t want almond butter? Sub any other nut butter instead.
It’s that easy my friends!!
In order to get that sweet taste without adding sugar, the secret is in the dates. Dates are an awesome natural sweetener that can give the perfect flavor to all of your energy balls!
I also opted for the unsweetened coconut, so as not to make these bites too sweet. You need just the right amount of sweetness. 🙂
Having a guilt-free snack in your fridge is something I recommend you all do!

- 8-10 pitted dried dates
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup of almonds
- 2 dollops of almond butter
Ingredients

- Combine all ingredients in food processor
- Roll into balls and store in the refrigerator for later snacking!!
