FAQ

Can I use cooked quinoa instead of raw?
Nope! The key to the crunch is using raw, toasted quinoa. Cooked quinoa has too much moisture and won’t work the same way.

Can I use a different sweetener?
Yes! Maple syrup, honey, or agave all work. If your chocolate is already sweetened, you can even skip it.

How do I store these bars?
Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for longer storage.
