  • Perfect meal-prep snack – Store them in the fridge or freezer for an easy grab-and-go treat.

No Bake Biscoff Protein Bites Ingredients

  • Biscoff (melted): this is the main ingredient for this recipe. If you want, you can always use a nut butter instead
  • Coconut Oil: Helps bind everything together and keeps the bites soft yet firm once chilled.
  • Protein powder: use your favorite one! I used a vanilla protein powder
  • Maple syrup: If you want your bites to be a little sweeter, a touch of maple syrup does the trick.
  • Oat flour: Adds texture and helps create a slightly firmer consistency. If you don’t have oat flour, you can blend rolled oats into a fine flour.
  • Coconut Cream: This makes the ganache extra creamy and rich. Be sure to use the thick part from a can of full-fat coconut milk.
  • Dark Chocolate Chips: A layer of rich, melty chocolate makes these bars even more indulgent. Use dark chocolate for a deep, bold flavor, or swap for semi-sweet if you prefer a milder taste.

FAQS

Can I make these without protein powder? Yes! Just swap the protein powder for extra oat flour (about ¼ cup more) or almond flour for a similar texture.

What’s the best way to store them? Keep them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Can I use peanut butter instead of Biscoff? Absolutely! It will change the flavor, but peanut butter or almond butter works great.
