Single Serve Monkey Bread Ingredients

  • Pillsbury biscuits or crescent roll dough: Crescent dough may work better, but biscuits are fine as well
  • Coconut sugar: you can use regular brown sugar if you like!
  • Cinnamon: a must for this recipe!
  • Butter, melted: using butter makes this taste so rich
  • Powdered sugar: use powdered sugar for your easy frosting
  • Milk: you will just need a dash to add to your sugar

Can I make this in the air fryer?

Most definitely. I did not test this though!

Can you save leftovers in the fridge?

This tastes best eaten right away in my opinion.

Sure!! You can use whatever sugar you like!

Single Serve Monkey Bread

Course: Breakfast, Dessert
Servings: 1

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Mixture

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Grab your dough and cut into small pieces. Toss them in a ziploc bag.
  • Melt your butter and add to your bag. Pour sugar on top and mix it together.
  • Spray a ramekin and place our dough inside. In a separate small bowl, make your brown sugar mixture. Pour on top of your cinnamon dough balls.
  • Bake for 20 minutes! Top with icing!
