2-Ingredient Chocolate Chickpea Bark

This Chocolate Chickpea Bark is made with only 2 ingredients and is a great healthy and vegan snack you can keep handy throughout the week!

If you are always craving chocolate, this is a perfect way to combine protein with your love for chocolate. This is great to have after dinner or just a snack in the middle of the day.

How to Make Chocolate Chickpea Bark

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Pat down your chickpeas to make sure they are dry
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy
  5. Melt chocolate in the microwave with a little coconut oil
  6. In a large bowl, combine your chickpeas and chocolate. Pour it onto a lined baking tray and add to your freezer for about an hour
  7. Break apart and enjoy
