How to Make the Cream Cheese Frosting
So this keto cinnamon loaf can be eaten as is OR you can lather it up with an awesome cream cheese frosting!! Your call! It’s super simple to make, so I think you can do this!
- While your cinnamon loaf is baking, take a moment to enjoy how amazing your kitchen smells.
- Then place your room temperature cream cheese in a bowl with cinnamon, sugar-free sweetener (I used Wondrose this time). I also used ChocZero’s maple syrup to sweeten this up!
- Use an electric mixer to whip all the ingredients together until the frosting is smooth.
TIP:
Make sure that that cake is completely cooled before putting the frosting on! Someone, not going to name names, globbed on that frosting while the cake was still warm and the frosting started sagging when I tried taking pics 😅😅😅😅 AWKWARD!
So be better than me.
Storage
This keto cinnamon loaf MUST be stored in the fridge, especially if you put frosting on top!
