Everyone always tells you breakfast is the most important meal of the day. (At least that’s what I was told every morning growing up)

Breakfast helps you to kick start your metabolism and keep you energized throughout the day.

Breakfast foods often get a bad rap for being boring, but I found a few recipes that should make you more than excited about your breakfast tomorrow morning.

And they’re healthy too!

If you like something refreshing and sweet for your mornings, this delicious Acai bowl is definitely the way to go.

It’s definitely my favorite go to breakfast for weight loss!

Besides the yummy factor, Acai Powder offers certain antioxidants that support a balanced cholesterol level.

One study uncovered that pulp from the acai berry can lower fat deposits and can help you maintain a healthy weight.

Getting Started: Prep time takes 10 minutes

Make sure you have blueberries, frozen strawberries, pineapples, honey, and bananas to get started!

Quick Tip: If you’re looking for something a tad healthier simply take away the bacon to keep it lighter!
