Four ingredients Peanut Butter Truffles are the perfect healthy treat to satisfy your sweet cravings! They’re vegan and paleo!
Not sure if peanut butter and chocolate is EVER a bad idea! Whether it’s separate or combined, those beauties will always speak to my soul.
Since I’m always craving a little chocolate after dinner, I figured why not make me some truffles, especially when 4 ingredients are involved. You heard me right! FOUR. INGREDIENTS.
Dessert made healthy and snacking made easy. It quite literally doesn’t get better than this.
So these peanut butter truffles? They are an amazing sweet treat you don’t need to feel guilty about eating!
Not to mention each ingredient brings a little somethin somethin to the table.
This time I opted for PB Fit to make these treats lower in calories, but you can use the peanut butter of your choosing!
Let’s go through some other ingredients:
- the coconut flour is extremely high in fiber ( Bob’s Red Mill is my personal fave 😉 Click HERE to get yourself some!
- Maple syrup, which acts as the sweetener, is natural and will give you some energy!
Are you ready to start gobbling these up yet??!
Lucky for you these are super simple to make!
First, get about a cup of PB Fit powder (or your PB of choice) and pour it into your mixing bowl. For the PB Fit, add about 2/3 cups of water and gently blend together. Next, pour in your sweetener and combine well.
Stir in coconut flour until thickened into a dough. From there it’s time to roll them into a ball and smear all the chocolate you want over them.
I’m telling you these will be the easiest and fastest truffle bites you’ve ever made!
TIPS:
So lucky for you there are substitutions you can make!
- Peanut butter — this can be substituted for any other nut butter
- Maple syrup — can be replaced by another sweetener of choice
- You can also add any chopped nuts of any kind for texture
