Since my family and I have recently been more health conscious over the last few weeks I felt that it would be a good idea to create a short weekly meal plan.
In order to keep it as simple and organized as possible I separated certain things into categories. These categories will help you:
- Track your water intake
- Plan your meals
- Plan your daily workouts
Planning your workouts in advance is one of the best ways to ensure that you actually do the exercise.
Also, it’s not just good for keeping yourself on track. It can help you better understand the reason you are NOT losing weight.
- Maybe you aren’t doing enough cardio
- Maybe you need to drink more water
- Maybe you’re eating too many carbs
I know I have a sweet tooth and are prone to snacking. Having a fitness or meal plan can extremely help you stick to your diet!
